Q1. What is included in your Do It Yourself prices?

A. Our pirces include the paper - which is cut to size and printed with your details, any embellishments and any double sided tape or glues tp put it together. Please note that we do not supply glue guns. Glue guns are easily purchased at any craft store or officeworks. 

2. Do you post to Melbourne?

A. We post to anywhere within Australia. With modern day technology it's easy to do most things through email. Please allow extra  time for postage

3. How long does it take from the time I submitt the order to the time I recieve them?

A. We send out a proof within 3 working days. Once you approve the proof we usually have them ready within 14 woking days.

4. What if I need something urgent?

A. Just give us a call. We will endevour to get them out as soon as we can. If you need them really quick, then an additional charge may apply (we will notify you of this in the call).
